FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Many MOVE International Trainers have questions about the attendee training materials order process. Following are some of the questions we have received and some answers to those questions. We hope you find this information helpful. If you have any further questions or wish for us to expand on one of our answers, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Q: Do I need to order training packets for each and every one of my training sessions?

Yes! Each attendee of a one or two-day Basic Provider training MUST have a packet of training materials from MOVE.

Q. Why do I need to have official MOVE training packets for my training session?

The attendee training packet not only includes materials important to enhance the training session, but each packet also contains the official form that each attendee is required to fill out in order to receive a Certificate of Completion.

Q. How many attendee training packets should I order?

Each and every person who attends your training session (one or two-day) must receive an attendee training packet. If you are unsure of how many people will be attending your training OR if you train frequently, it might be a good idea to simply stock up on the packets by ordering a larger quantity and keeping some on hand.

Q. When should I order my attendee training packets?

A two-week lead is necessary when placing your order for training materials. If it is not possible for you give MOVE two weeks to process and ship your training packet order, please remember that any overnight, 2nd day or express shipping charges incurred will be billed to you or your site.

Q. How much do attendee training packets cost?

Training packets (both one and two-day) are $10.00 each. A 10% shipping and handling fee is charged to each order. As stated above, if your order is subject to any overnight, 2nd day or express shipping methods, MOVE will bill you or your site for those charges.

Q. How do I order my attendee training packets?

You may either copy the MIT Training Packets Order Form in your training manual or fill in your information on the pdf version on the MOVE website, http://www.move-international.org, MIT Training Packets section and then print it out. Feel free to make as many copies of this form as you think you will need - but please keep them on hand because this form contains all the information our office will need when you order. You may fax a completed form to our office at (661) 636-4045. You may also phone your order in, but be prepared to give us the information requested on this form. Of course, you can always send it via the trusty U.S. Postal Service!

IN ADDITION, if your school district or site's Accounts Payable office will be sending a PO for these materials, the PO MUST contain the following information:

  • Trainer's name (if different from the person who requested the PO from your office)
  • Dates of the Training (unless you are just stocking up!)
  • Phone number where we can contact a person who knows something about this order if we have questions.

If possible, have a copy of the completed order form attached to your PO.

Q. When can I expect my attendee training packets?

If you have not placed a rush order (less than two weeks from the training date), you can expect your shipment of attendee training packets to arrive 6 to 10 business days from the date of receipt of your order.

This form and these procedures are designed to make your life (and ours) easier, by letting you know exactly what you must do to order packets and what information we will need to know before we can process your order. Thank you in advance for your cooperation - we really do appreciate it!
