The John G. Leach School is the first MOVE Model Site in the United States designated by MOVE International. The school received grant funding for its first major equipment purchases for use with the MOVE program. A pilot project was then conducted to assess the effectiveness of the MOVE program and curriculum with the students. The results were overwhelmingly positive. The school has an open-door policy for visitors/parents to observe the MOVE program in action. Visitors come from many states and represent a variety of disciplines and facilities. The school was a test-site for developing Rifton Equipment.
