Description of Site:

    UCP is a voluntary, not-for-profit comprehensive rehabilitative facility. UCP provides a wide range of programs and services for individuals with disabilities, and their families, living in Suffolk County (Long Island), New York.
Number of students/clients using the MOVE Program: 60

Age range of students/clients: 18 months through geriatrics

Number of classrooms using the MOVE Program: 10

Directions to The Children's Center, 9 Smith's Lane:

    I-495 (Long Island Expressway) to Route 53 North (Sunken Meadow Parkway). Proceed on 53 North to Exit 3E (stay in right lane on exit). At stop light at end of exit from the parkway, turn right (east) and proceed one to two blocks. Turn right onto Walter Court (green Children's Center sign and follow arrow on this sign), proceed one block, turn right onto Azalia Court (another green Children's Center sign and follow arrow on this sign).
