UCP is a voluntary, not-for-profit comprehensive rehabilitative facility. UCP provides a wide range of programs and services for individuals with disabilities, and their families, living in Suffolk County (Long Island), New York.

At stop light at end of exit from the parkway, turn right (east) and proceed one to two blocks. Turn right onto Walter Court (green Children's Center sign and follow arrow on this sign), proceed one block, turn right onto Azalia Court (another green Children's Center sign and follow arrow on this sign).
